Wise Chips aren’t bleached, dyed or tampered with. They are perfectly imperfect. They are the classic American snack. And there is nothing more American than a good ol’ fashion road trip. Maybe it’s the confined space, the changing landscape or the common goal to reach a destination. For whatever the reason, people tend to share things in a car they would rarely share anywhere else. So we put that hypothesis to the test. Casting thousands and writing dozens of potential storylines, we found characters from different walks of life who had no choice but to experience the ups and downs of a two-day curated adventure together. The result was a riveting narrative that turned into a 25-minute docudrama, redefining the definition of “branded entertainment.” Content not created to sell a product, but created on behalf of one. Turning the brand into the bridge in context to the content instead of completely devoid of anything to do with it. Because it is the commonalities and eccentricities working together that moves culture forward.
